密封胶CE认证（欧盟强制认证）－简介
在欧盟市场“CE”标志属强制性认证标志，以表明产品符合欧盟《技术协调与标准化新方法》指令的基本要求。这是欧盟法律对产品提出的一种强制性要求。
在密封胶上加贴CE标志不但可以证明其产品符合建筑产品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相关标准（欧洲协调标准EN 15651-1）规定的安全，环保，卫生和消费者保护。而且可以合理规避贸易技术壁垒，在欧洲市场自由销售并打开其他国际市场。

从2013年7月1日年开始，所有进入欧盟市场的建筑密封胶需要符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP 305/2011/EU，通过测试，获得认证，并加贴CE标志。
注：欧盟建筑法规CRP（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代欧盟建筑产品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且从2013年7月1日起强制执行
密封胶CE认证-EN 15651-1－需要符合的产品指令和协调标准

密封胶CE认证－EN 15651-1–涉及的产品范围：
EN15651-1标准规定了用于连接在建筑物的封闭外墙、窗户和门周边的表面基底用密封剂的要求。
该标准不适用于内墙和油性填补剂的非结构性的密封胶
Scope：This European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for non-structural facade sealants intended for sealing exterior wall joints, window and door perimeter joints in building construction, including the interior face.This European Standard does not apply to non-structural sealants in any of non-paste form, to those used in internal walls and/or partitions and to oil-based mastics.
密封胶CE认证－EN 15651-1－认证流程：
1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲产品指令，建筑用密封胶需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP 305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，建筑密封胶需符合协调标准EN 15651-1
4、根据CPR指令和协调标准EN 15651-1进行测试评估，欧盟公告机构根据认证体系1或者体系3进行（根据是否使用阻燃剂）
5、获得由欧盟公告机构颁发的测试报告和证书 (如果根据体系1认证需工厂审查)
6、发放产品性能声明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在产品包装上加贴带公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根据EN13501-1进行测定评估，防火等级为A, B, C, D, E, F，(根据ISO 11925-2和EN 13823标准进行测试)
（产品用于防火用途，如果产品使用阻燃剂以提高产品性能，需要根据体系1进行认证，否则根据认证体系3由公告机构2137进行测试认证）
